Traffic is one thing, but a good idea resonates with deliberation and determination - so the way I look at it ratio - and you must know I am a student of the ratio's - a good idea will resonate on its own accord - as long as there are others - other humans preferable - still breathing and thinking.

I think the gorilla in the room has been discovered - but just in case you think I might be fooling around - let me share this video....and if you haven't watched it - please don't spoil the lesson it holds....

For what it is worth I missed the Gorilla as well - but I did have the pass count correct!

Ha, ha - for what worth that has - not much!

Not much value watching close when - ye can't even see the gorilla - or as I prefer - the elephant in the room.....I got a link about an elephant in the room - I'll share it elsewhere - meanwhile babies continue to die in Gaza and apparently that is equivalent to the gorilla in the room - nobody senses it apparently - that does NOT bode well for humanity - memes and all - if we can't come to the defense of the folks in Gaza - then we might as well all be dead in inability to sense the evident.

Welcome Ratio, and well met. Thanx for your shout...you drove more traffic than I've ever had [+ Samanatha Gluck]. Although I have been publishing here for some time, I'm a newbtard both technologically and as a writer. Your reply has encouraged me to double-down and get more of my thoughts transcribed. It's a wonderful approach, Ratio. Finding like-minded people and engaging here for a while before setting up my Substack site has made all the difference and I am so grateful that you engaged with me and have introduced me to so many wonderful souls. Helping each other is what it's all about - I am doing my best to keep up, it's amazing!

What has happened to all of "Ratio's" comments - did he (or she) delete them?

That is a fair question given other things I've noticed lately and there is one thing you can count on from me - I pay attention.

So if you know why these comments of Ratio B's have been deleted, then any info on that would be appreciated - if you don't know - that is info as well and I'd appreciate communication on that please.

Well, I paid good fiat $ to subscribe to his place, so if he is gone and all his posts deleted (somebody must of done that - correct?), then I sure hope I get a refund.

But I also hope he is OK - on a personal level.

Buffalo_Ken's avatar

Well - I just checked - the official way. What you have to do is click on the "Library" link and then you get to see more info - it seems as if Ratio doesn't even show up there - even though I know I paid $50 for a one-year subscription.

So, I have a few questions:

1. What happened to Ratio B and who deleted his posts and why does it seems his Stack is no more?

2. Will I get a refund for funds paid and if I don't - who the hell has that money cause if they have it then it seems twas stolen - just like the fund I invested in called RSX run by VanEck for eff sake.

~

Double envelopments take time to setup, but guess what - the times is NOW unless answers are proffered - cause I enjoyed what Ratio had to offer up and if he (or she) is no longer around I want to know why above and beyond refund due.

Tis WAR I reckon and I know what side I am on and I play to win - and moreover to be on topic - I believe the tipping point has happened - I know it has for me - it happened yesterday at Cowpens.

Excellent! I learned about the Pareto Distribution concept a couple of years ago when my family first began watching and listening to Jordan B. Peterson. However, your take on it -- Pareto Tipping Point -- makes total sense. It only takes a tiny increase to confer massive change, in many cases, and cause the tipping.

I often think of a bucket (suspended like those in kids’ water play areas) in which one adds water drop by drop. The intervals between need not be uniform. But it’s ONE little drop which will cause the bucket to tip to one side and spill everything.

You wrote this back in late October. Where do you think we are currently regarding the Pareto Tipping Point?

Good question. Frankly, my awakening to current events was circa 2006, thanks to yet another personal superhero, US Rep. Ron Paul, MD. Every morning since then, my first thought of the day has been, "Is today the day?" That's now approaching SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED days of "not yet." I am so weary.

I'm skeptical the turning point - the point of inflection - call the point what you will - actually takes 20%.....tis subjective, but I'd put forth if there is "momentum" in thought, then probably 6% is all it takes....maybe 7%....but not 20....

Of course, subjectively it might only be 20%, when everybody else "suddenly realizes"....the tide is turning.....although it might only be a tsunami makes this happen - so to speak.

Welcome BK, and well met. I agree that the actual percentage is irrelevant; I found it to be a convenient paradigm. Of course, the wild card is the [blatant censorship by the government / media / industrial complex].

My current observation is that the % MAY ALREADY BE ABOVE THE THRESHOLD, but for the censorship / anesthesia / entertainment etc.

I get the impulse to mathify (not a word) the framework, and (regardless of the set-up and OMG Wikipedia, the 2nd-most unreliable source) in reality 80/20 is very often if not most often applied with respect to non-quantified concepts.

The catch is that, as you say, we're way above the threshold from all I can see, yet also still surrounded by people whose mental fragility demands that they continue to refuse to recognize or acknowledge they've been massively hoodwinked, corrupted, and are fully complicit in damages to others. Believe this insane thing (whatever irrational current thing is being pushed), or your lying eyes? They cannot believe their lying eyes or they will never be able to live with themselves. Imagine you proselytized the jabs to family, friends, neighbors, and went to some of their funerals or see babies growing up damaged because you or others took the jab while pregnant or had them jabbed before the age of consent.

I do not at all think the reason we haven't flipped is inertia or any continuing efforts or effectiveness in anesthetizing 81%, but instead the desperation of those who cannot psychologically allow themselves to face the consequences.

I had the sense that those who have been speaking truth for many years were pretty much on their own until the tide turned a few years ago. People like me who knew things were desperately wrong started actively seeking truth off-stream during the lockdown and we have come into the fold. There are others, I am sure, waiting in the wings to do the same - perhaps creating the tipping point you mention. One thing is certain as you say so beautifully: 'Our task will then be to provide a stabilizing influence, using the skills we have cultivated as noticers and alternative voices'. I believe we are ready, having done our 'inner work' and our influence grows by the day. It's wonderful to have come through it all to arrive at this moment. A superb post, thank you.

I think Natural Law and Common Law - are both so similar.

I'm a big fan of George Wythe - did you know some consider him the "Father of American Jurisprudence" - and guess what - he was out of Virginia as well, but I think he refused to sign one document cause that man was most resolute - we need more like him is what I think.

Expand full comment
Sue Cartwright's avatar

My understanding is that Common Law is complex, requires *president and has to be thoroughly learned, requiring lawyers or similar who can understand it and apply it. Whereas Natural Law is fundamental and simple - do no harm, cause no loss, commit no fraud and keep the peace. If any of these tenets are broken, a Sui Juris Court can be held anywhere in the land with a jury of people who decide the outcome based on presented evidence. A jury of 13 can create Law if this arises as necessity from the case. This makes it open to anyone, not requiring 'experts' which is why I prefer this over Common Law.

*precedent - thank you @buffalo_ken

Expand full comment
Buffalo_Ken's avatar

Well I seriously appreciate that "understanding", but what is the basis of 13 in that statement?

So, consider the question "rhetorical", but I'd like to suggest it likely has a basis in "Common Law" which no doubt forms from "Natural Law", and I don't think one needs to be an attorney of law, nor a barrister, nor a judge, nor anything specialized to have an inherent understanding of "Common Law" - cause it is common by definition.

Expand full comment
Sue Cartwright's avatar

Thank you, and you too. I need to check that and I will get back to you. I know because a case of this kind was held in Exeter (my nearest city in South Devon) - it was successful in the sense that the city counsellors accused resigned because of it. Without admitting to the fact of course but it has been done and gives us a firm foundation on which to pursue this line of dealing with things.

Expand full comment
Sue Cartwright's avatar

Yes, I agree but it's still a hell of a thing to have to learn and not everyone will be capable or inclined to do that. I just posted a note as you were writing which explains where my understanding comes from.

Just like what is the precedent of the Psalms?

They are long-time human lessons - to be sung preferably.

Common Law, Natural Law, and the Psalms from the Bible are all closely connected and intertwined is what I think.

What you think - is that precedent of merit?

Expand full comment
Sue Cartwright's avatar

You spell it correctly, Ken, I didn't check that! It means (I believe) that in Common Law proof arising from one case can be referred to support subsequent cases. This is not required in Natural Law as each case is judged by the jury on it's own merit and depends on the quality of evidence presented.

Expand full comment
i love you's avatar

"common law" is local

it's basically a set of "community standards" upheld by the citizens of a village

Expand full comment
Sue Cartwright's avatar

Yes, but I beg to differ on using Common Law as the standard. It is very complex to learn and by definition requires 'lawyers' or similar to apply, making it open to corruption and we are back to square one. That doesn't mean the knowledge gained from Common Law and the precedents established cannot be used to support evidence in a Sui Juris Court. Only this knowledge cannot decide the outcome, it's up to the quality of evidence provided and the jury decides. These courts can be held anywhere in the land with a jury of 13 who are able to make law if required.

I have seen such a court in action whereby the accused leaders in the City Council resigned. They didn't attend the court or admit to anything of course but they were served notices and they left which speaks for itself. They were at the very least fully exposed!

Natural Law, on the other hand, is very simple to learn and can be applied by any sovereign being. I've seen it in action by our Peace Keepers whereby so-called officials are talked down and simply melt away. I'm learning to do this myself and it's super-empowering, I don't fear anyone with a fake badge or fack papers knocking at my door anymore.

I highly recommend watching Mark Passio's documentaries 'The Science of Natural Law' which explains it all so well. www.whatonearthishappening.com/videos

Here it is:

https://buffaloken.substack.com/p/i-think-it-is-time-to-discuss-law

This ain't self-aggrandizement intent - it is what I think for real and I respect George Wythe as well as his student Thomas Jefferson and in a way I think I'm married to somebody similar to who was married to James Madison - another fella out of Virginia if you must know - so, let me repeat my sense that Common Law and Natural Law basically go hand-n-hand.

Respectfully,

BK

YES. About that pendulum...my take is that beginning immediately after the public execution of JFK (60 years ago last month!), the marxists shoved the pendulum all the way to the left, and had been holding it there [contrary to Natural Law - thanks Sue] until the advent of Trump [love him or hate him], at which point it began to swing back toward the center. Our upcoming task will be to slow that backswing so it doesn't cause too much collateral damage, whilst lovingly shepherding the lost back into the fold of Western Civilisation.

Expand full comment
Buffalo_Ken's avatar

Well, the term "buffering" is often used in chemistry when a buffer is added to the mixture to get the pH to the desired endpoint - within a range no doubt - and really that is NOT delicate in a way, but the pendulum you speak of in context has been swinging so much - it ain't easily slowed down, but I concur - that is the task I've taken upon myself in a way and makes my heart feel better knowing there are others out here think likewise.

So - bless that I reckon?

This was an unexpected find this morning and just the encouragement I needed. I was going through the list of subscribers to my humble stack, and now here I am. Thank you for subscribing to my small effort - I wish I had time to put more into it. At the very least, I can cross post and try to get greater exposure for the worthy work done by others.

The past 4 years has been a mind-bending experience for me, with a massive influx of life-altering information. I was not always blind to what was going on around me. I have a stack entry with a bit of my origin story, so I won’t repeat it here. Suffice to say that for me, as for so many others, the strong arm tactics of the “micromanager caste” (as you have so aptly named them) in launching a manufactured public health crisis finally disturbed my willful ignorance enough to begin paying attention again.

I work in the medical field and was fooled initially, but within months I had the growing realization that things were wrong. A trusted friend introduced me to PANDA, and once I started reviewing the real data and analyses, it created a domino effect. I gradually discovered more and more truth. I had the perpetual sense that the entire world was upside down, backwards and inside out. Everything felt surreal. There were times the mass gaslighting almost overwhelmed me, and I knew only a few people with any sense that things were wrong. Then I lost employment for noncompliance with a “vaccine” mandate and relocated on short notice more than 1,000 miles from home, family and friends - to a state I’d never set foot in and where I knew absolutely no one - with a job secured but no guarantee I wouldn’t encounter another mandate. (Which I did, more than once, but this comment is already far too long.)

Eventually, I found ways to connect, in limited ways, with other truth seekers and that helped, but I felt burdened with knowledge I didn’t know what to do with and had not a single other person to talk to who was seeing the broad scope of it all. Finally, when I thought the stress would destroy me, I discovered the dissident community on Substack.

I’ve commented elsewhere about having one’s eyes opened - truly opened - to the realization that much of life as you’ve known it has been one long psyop designed to advance a sinister agenda of mind-boggling scope. I don’t have to qualify that statement to the fully awakened, nor enumerate all of the avenues through which it has occurred over many, many decades in nearly every aspect of life, from the mass compromise of health through things such as fraudulent research, pharmaceuticals, and government “dietary guidelines” to the passage of legislation to provide the legal frame work to the IC priming populations for blind obedience and so much more.

I have a habit of saying now to the few who can handle it that everything we’ve ever been told from “official” sources has been a lie. Because I still work in medicine and am surrounded mostly by the duped, I attempt to introduce truth in small doses. With some I have been able to continue in increments and I see a slow awakening. It’s minuscule, but it’s something. Others are so thoroughly brainwashed, it’s like speaking with a cult member who smilingly rejects everything you say out of hand and persists in blind trust in the cult leader “experts.” Nonetheless, I keep trying.

I said all of that to give context to my thanks for your stack. I often feel frustrated by what seems to be too little progress, so I value greatly the perspectives and intelligent analyses people like you provide which give me the hope that we may yet prevail.

Substack does truly rock. After Musk acquired Twitter, I was curious and experimented with it, thinking perhaps I could connect with and reach others on that platform. Even before that whole thing proved to be a limited hangout, I realized the futility of it all. Unless you’re a paid influencer who can invest a great deal of time in posting clickbait and fear porn, you just don’t get seen. I also became disgusted with the constant infighting amongst those who supposedly share the same goals. The divide and conquer strategy flourishes in the social media environment, as does pretty much every base aspect of human nature. I know there were times it brought out the worst in me and I had to step away. I’m really pleased with my experience here and I feel like real work is being done. Thank you for the warm welcome.
