Hello again SkepsisNation, and welcome to another installment of Pareto Tipping Point Watch, an irregular stack o’ links and pithy commentary, based upon a concept I call the Pareto Tipping Point™ —
What's a 'Pareto Tipping Point?'
Here’s some actionable ‘information therapy’ which you can use and share with those less informed — a ‘heads-up’ to hopefully prevent being blindsided by the upcoming ‘discontinuity’ It appears to me that this event is just over the horizon... In our current centrally-controlled-narrative culture, certain
The PTP is getting closer. We all perceive it - that dis-ease we feel when viewing ‘the news’ or when witnessing uncivilized behavior in public. Consider it similar to “the straw that broke the camel’s back,” or perhaps “the single snowflake that started the avalanche.”
Each day I read headlines suggesting the PTP is immanent. Of course, only those in charge know when. Or perhaps they don’t, since they’ve clearly lost control of the narrative.
Is there a hidden agenda? Who knows? I’m just a grump on a sofa, so I certainly do not. But the following trends are suggestive…
Today’s installment of PTP Watch introduces a new category: lawfare, a portmanteau of the words "law" and "warfare.”
Wikipedia says (yeah I know, but this is pretty accurate):
A more frequently cited use of the term is found in a 2001 essay authored by Charles J. Dunlap Jr., in which Dunlap defines lawfare as "the use of law as a weapon of war;” that is, "a method of warfare where law is used as a means of realizing a military objective.”
He later expanded on the definition, describing lawfare as "the exploitation of real, perceived, or even orchestrated incidents of law-of-war violations being employed as an unconventional means of confronting" a superior military power.
Cheap Thoughts:
Translation from legalese into English: SOFT COUP. There’s a word for that: treason.
Over the past week we have witnessed a drastic escalation of the desperate last-minute attempt of the Urban Micromanager Caste to incarcerate or hobble their political opponents, whom they apparently view as a ”superior military power.”
Here are several examples:

Julie Kelly:
In his first act as US Attorney for DC, Biden appointee Matthew Graves indicted Steve Bannon for contempt.
Good little Marxist apparatchik Graves, who despite his tough-guy tone in court filings always appears afraid of his own shadow in public, admits Bannon should be punished in part for exercising his free speech rights.
Not only do a high percentage of federal prosecutors oddly sound like Valley Girl drama queens — Graves included — they write like them, too.

Yale Law Professor Has Brilliant Plan for Trump Legal Team to Overturn 'Guilty' Verdict Before the Election

"Even if the [Trump] conviction were reversed on appeal years later, that effect [Trump losing the election because he’s ‘a convicted felon’] could not be undone in legal terms. That's called IRREPARABLE HARM. The irreparable harm, once again, is that [Trump being] a 'convicted felon' could affect the election — could decide the election.
"And if so, then District Attorney Bragg and Judge Merchan will have UNLAWFULLY INTERFERED with the election, and decided the outcome of the next election, through unconstitutional means..."
Georgia court of appeals indefinitely pauses the election subversion conspiracy case against Donald Trump

The court said the case will be on hold until a panel of judges rules on whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified.
Cheap Thoughts:
Note that the ridiculous Fani Willis was featured in the last PTP Watch - Whistleblower Edition. Lucky gal.
Fani Willis Whistleblower Details Allegations
https://www.newsweek.com/fani-willis-amanda-timpson-misuse-federal-grant-money-1904676 - May 24
Amanda Timpson, former director of Fulton County's juvenile diversion program, alleged that she was fired after trying to stop her colleagues from misusing federal grant money. Timpson assisted in writing grant applications for the district attorney's office, which included a $488,594 grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) awarded in 2020 for the creation of a youth empowerment and gang prevention center.
OJJDP is an office of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).
The ex-employee also spoke of an alleged conversation between her and Willis.
"[Willis] said something like, 'What's going on?' And when I went to speak, she cut me off and she said, 'Effective immediately you're going to be removed and demoted," Timpson said.
Timpson said she brought her concerns to Human Resources, but was ultimately fired. The whistleblower has a pending lawsuit in state court against Willis for wrongful termination…
EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans Demand Comms Between Cassidy Hutchinson, Fani Willis’ Office For J6 Investigation
Hutchinson made headlines after her testimony before the Jan. 6 committee, during which she claimed that former President Donald Trump ‘lunged for the steering wheel’ to reroute the car to the Capitol where protesters were gathering. Sources close to the Secret Service have denied her claims.
Hutchinson also called the Jan. 6 committee “bs” in a text message obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller.
Cheap Thoughts:
Another lucky gal, Cassidy Hutchinson, is in the spotlight this week. How nice for her. Note to self: don’t ever lie under oath.
Report: J6 Committee Delayed Secret Service Driver From Refuting False Limo Story
Cheney and the committee members clearly knew that [Cassidy] Hutchinson’s account was debunked by the very driver who allegedly struggled with Trump. Yet, they allowed the media to report the incident for months while rebuffing the requests of the driver. Loudermilk is quoted as saying “We’re talking about the driver of the limousine, and the head of the entire protective detail. They were brought in by the select committee to testify, but they weren’t brought in until November.”
The false account was given by Hutchinson in June of that year.
The Secret Service driver testified Trump never tried to reach for or grab the wheel of the SUV.
Finally, do yourself a favor and watch this short clip. The PTP is clearly approaching!

Cheap Thoughts:
As the woman in the video above proves, the only folks who don’t understand that the LAWFARE being used against Trump and others is UNCONSTITUTIONAL are those with terminal TDS.
Pray for them.
Also pray for Merrick Garland, Matthew Graves, Matthew Colangelo, Alvin Bragg, Juan Merchan, Fani Willis, Liz Cheney, Cassidy Hutchinson, and the rest of the weaponized Urban Micromanager Caste.
They will need it.
And remember that the precedents set during this time period will eventually be used against those who have weaponized the process. Be careful what you wish for — what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
The backlash will be EPIC.
Who’s laughing now, boys?
As always, thanks for reading, and stay skeptical.
